When I started Salon Society,
my mission was simple:
help hair salon owners and beauty business owners stop chasing vanity metrics
and start using social media as a real business tool.
No chasing followers. Or likes.
Creating content that drives bookings.
That philosophy profit over popularity drove everything I built.
Then something shifted.
Not in what I believed.
In how clients were searching for hair and beauty services.
They weren't just scrolling Instagram anymore.
They were opening ChatGPT, Google AI, and Gemini and typing:
"Who's the best balayage salon near me?" or
Which skin clinic do you recommend in Perth?"
And AI was answering them.
With specific business names.
Right now. Today.
The moment that changed everything for me:
A Perth salon owner I was working
with received a
$700 booking from a client who walked in and said, "ChatGPT sent me here."
Four days after we made one change to her digital presence.
That wasn't a fluke.
That is what AI visibility strategy
